The Life Steps Campus is managed by Casper Housing Authority. Applications are available online. Application assistance is available at the main office at 140 E. K Street. Appointments are required. Please call the Family Self Sufficiency Team at 307-266-1388 to schedule your private appointment.

The Wilson Building consists of eight apartments and is located on the Life-Steps Campus. This community offers one and two bedroom apartments for rent.
