Lusk Housing Authority

Effective October 1, 2020, Lusk Housing Authority (LHA) is managed and operated through a management contract and interagency agreement with the Casper Housing Authority.

 

The LHA Public Housing program is designed to fit all size households and income levels.  With 4 single family homes and 16 duplex units, Lusk Housing Authority provides services for those in need of rental assistance for 20 families.   INCOME RESTRICTIONS BELOW.

 

The wait list is open and applications are welcome.  Tenants are selected based on qualifications and time and date of application.  Applicants are required to have three or more verifiable landlord or character references and typically pay 30 percent of their monthly income for rent and/or utilities.

 

Applications are taken online, over the website, by clicking the link below.  After your online application is received, a release form will be mailed to the submitted address.  Applicants are responsible for updating all address and phone number changes.  Please submit all application changes to Lusk@chaoffice.org.

 

Signed release forms must be returned within two weeks to the main office in Casper.  Please mail the release forms to Casper Housing Authority, 145 N. Durbin, Casper, WY  82601 or email to Lusk@chaoffice.org. Failure to return the release form will mark your application(s) as inactive.
